Office Space Features

In addition to our extensive warehouse facilities, we also offer an additional 3,380 square feet of fully customizable class B office space adjoining the warehouse in the historic South Side. This space has the flexibility to be used in conjunction with our warehouse tenants or for stand-alone tenants. This space provides a warm, comfortable, secure environment for tenants to support their operations in a quiet setting, yet close enough to the city to avail them of all the amenities associated with center city space.
